Established in Fuzhou, focused on providing Internet informatization service and designated as the contractor for building provincial government affairs information website.

Started to establish online game development team and build www.17173.com which rapidly grew into the NO. 1 online game portal site in China.

2002
Launched Monster and Me which was one of the first independently developed online games in China. In the same year, Monster and Me was ranked among the top MMORPGs in China.

2003
Successfully developed second-generation engine and invested around one million yuan to introduce motion capturers from overseas and successfully developed its second MMORPG Conquer Online which is currently the most successful MMORPG operated in the overseas markets. At the end of 2003, the company sold 17173.com at the price of US?20.5 million.

2004
Launched 91.com, a platform for gaming entertainment; signed an agreement with Ubisoft to obtain the right of developing Heroes of Might and Magic Online and obtained the right of operating Heroes of Might and Magic Online in Asia-Pacific region free of charge. In the same year, launched the first "TQ Cup" Game Making Elite Competition in order to discover game making talents for the gaming industry.

2006
Took the lead to employ Ogilvy & Mather which is one of the world´s leading marketing agencies. Ogilvy & Mather´s advanced product marketing strategies opened new markets for NetDgraon games; invested huge sums of money to purchase world top class Unreal 3 Engine. In 2006, the company´s revenue exceeded 100 million yuan.

2007
Released Zero which is the first robot MMORPG in China and the only online game which has established cooperation with Transformer in China; released English version Crazy Tao and four other titles are under development. In addition, cooperated with Fujian Provincial Communist Youth League Committee, donating two million yuan to establish Fujian NetDragon Youth Pioneer Fund to support youth in employment and pioneering.
