Management experience and working experience
Born in 1973 and graduated from Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology. Currently serving as NetDragon´s Executive Director and President and as well as TQ Digital´s CEO. With ten years´ experience in network research and development and administrative experience in technical organization.
Between 1997 and 1998, participated in the development of In-patient Department information system for Fujian Cancer Hospital and special-purpose medical vehicle management system for the Planning Finance Department of Fujian Provincial Health Department.
Between 1999 and 2000, led and participated in the construction of the health website of NetDragon and www.86114.com.
In 2001, after TQ Digital was founded, participated in the development of TQ´s first MMORPG Monster and Me. In the same year, participated in the building of 17173.com.
In 2002, started to be responsible for TQ game promotion and marketing and as well as late stage R&D and made great achievements.
In 2005, responsible for leading TQ product development and as well as the management of game design and development.
From 2006 till present, establishes Project Management Department and manages and coordinates TQ game development.
Role in the company
Responsible for coordinating and managing game development and serving as the spokesman for NetDragon, responsible for building and maintaining external relations with governmental authorities and media.
Major achievements
As the founder and executive of the company, Mr. Luyuan Liu contributed a lot to the rapid development of the company. He is the winner of Fujian May 4th Youth Medal, YBC Annual Contribution award, title of 2006-2007 Excellent Communist Party Member in Non-public Enterprises in Mawei and other honours.
In addition, he also acted as Vice Chairman of Fujian Enterprise and Entrepreneur Association, Director-General of Fujian NetDragon Youth Business Fund, Vice Chairman of Fujian Youth Entrepreneur Association and standing director of Fujian EQ Research Society.
Contribution to the company
Established NetDragon Project Management Department, introduced project management mechanism, advocates the corporate culture featuring learning, innovation, happiness and sincerity, and manages and controls game development process through ERP management system and regulating development process and standards;
Participated in the building of www.86114.com which is a large information platform and acts as lead designer for some TQ games;
Established good relations with governmental authorities, creating a good external environment for building the company´s brand image. Actively pushes the company to hold various activities, introduce new concept and new technologies into online game industry‚ and nurture talents. Urged by him, each year, NetDragon donates 2 million yuan to Fujian NetDragon Youth Business Fund, providing training, interest-free loans, tutoring and other kinds of social services in order to support the youth in the gaming industry and other industries to set up their own business. In addition, NetDragon builds www.591up.com which is an online learning community to promote online learning and knowledge sharing and increase employability comprehensively. NetDragon is the only enterprise which won "China Youth Pioneering Work Excellent Corporate and Organization Award" in Fujian Province.
